FAQ

How do I know which package is right for me?
If you already have a layout in place and just need some direction, the Basic Refresh is a great fit. If you want a complete plan for one room, the Full Design is best. If you are working with multiple connected spaces or want a more detailed and customized experience, the Premium Design will give you the highest level of support.
-
Do you handle purchasing and installation?
My packages are design-only, which means I provide the plan, layout, and curated shopping links. You are free to shop at your own pace and complete the installation on your own. This keeps the process flexible and budget-friendly.
-
Can I make changes after I receive my design?
Yes. Each package includes at least one revision so that you can request adjustments. The Premium Design package includes additional revisions for more flexibility.
-
What if I want to add more rooms later?
Absolutely. Many clients start with one space and return for additional rooms once they see how seamless the process is. Each new room can be booked as its own package.
-
Can you work with furniture or pieces I already own?
Yes. I’m happy to incorporate existing items as long as they’re shared during the consultation or on the questionnaire.
-
Do I have to buy everything at once?
No. All designs are flexible. You can shop everything at once or build your space over time.
-
How long does the design process take?
Timelines vary depending on the package and the scope of the project. On average, a design package is delivered within two to three weeks after receiving all the details about your space.
-
Do you offer in-person services?
I currently offer virtual design only, which allows me to work with clients from anywhere.
-
How do you determine the cost of a package?
Pricing is based on the level of detail, the size of the space, and the amount of customization required. Smaller spaces that need simple direction fall into the Basic Refresh range. A single room that requires a full plan, layout, and sourcing is priced as a Full Design. Larger or connected spaces that need more detailed layouts, multiple sourcing options, and revisions are best suited for the Premium Design package. Each project is unique, so the “starting at” prices give you an idea of where investment begins, and the final cost reflects the scope of your specific space.Description goes here
